HRlinkIT is looking for a structured and customer-focused Salesforce Project Manager to oversee our implementations. You’ll coordinate projects from start to finish, maintain a tight rein on everything, and ensure that both clients and colleagues know what to expect.

What are you going to do?

As a Salesforce Project Manager, you’re the central point of contact for your projects. You ensure everything runs smoothly—from the initial kickoff to successful delivery.

    • You’ll coordinate Salesforce implementations from start to finish.
    • You’ll maintain strict control over deadlines, budgets, and expectations.
    • You’ll organize meetings, communicate clearly, and keep everyone on the same page.
    • You’ll translate customer needs into feasible plans.
    • You’ll contribute to the content and provide technical support where needed – even with some configuration if necessary.

    Who are you?

    • At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a project manager in an IT environment (Salesforce experience is a big plus, especially with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud).
    • You plan, structure, and communicate like a pro.
    • You speak fluent Dutch and English.
    • You enjoy hybrid working and are willing to travel occasionally within Belgium and the Netherlands.

    What do we offer?

    • A competitive salary package, including a company car, laptop, and smartphone.
    • A flexible work model with opportunities to work from home and a healthy work-life balance.
    • A warm team where you can truly make an impact.
    • Professional freedom and responsibility in your projects.
    • An innovative environment where we grow together – as a team and as a company.

    Something for you?
