Experienced Implementation Consultant

What will you do?
At our company, it’s all about implementing and optimizing software solutions for staffing & recruitment agencies. You’ll be the key player in the end-to-end implementation process, translating our clients’ business processes into technical solutions. Whether it’s configuring a brand-new ATS based on Carerix, Bullhorn, or Salesforce, or integrating external data sources, you’ll be involved.
You’ll translate functional queries from clients into clear technical requirements and determine whether they should be implemented via configuration or with the help of a colleague developer. As an implementation consultant, you’ll be the main point of contact for the client throughout the entire project lifecycle, continuing to support them for continuous improvement after go-live.
Not only are you a technical expert, but you’re also a great sounding board for colleagues and clients. When faced with complex issues, you’ll critically evaluate technical possibilities and propose solutions. Juggling multiple projects simultaneously, each in different phases, you’ll enjoy plenty of variety and challenge.
What do we expect from you?
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within IT consultancy
- Experience with software implementation, data migrations, and API integrations
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and consultancy skills
- A ‘can-do’ approach with the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Independence and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interest in the technology sector and the drive to further develop yourself
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to clients in Belgium and the Netherlands
