Your mission as a Business Developer: Spread the Minggo magic!
As our new Business Developer, you’ll be the key to our continued growth. You’ll play a crucial role in expanding our success, with the Netherlands and Belgium as your playing field.
What exactly will you be doing?
- Hunting for new opportunities: You’re a true detective and discover the needs of recruitment organizations. You’ll build lasting relationships that go beyond just signing a contract.
- The consultant in you: You listen attentively, delve deeply into potential clients’ challenges, and conjure up solutions with our powerful Minggo platform. No pushy sales, just smart solutions!
- Master of the pipeline: From the first contact to the celebratory “deal in hand” moment, you’re in charge and manage your sales cycle from start to finish with flair and clarity.
- A true team player: You’ll work shoulder to shoulder with our implementation consultants and marketing colleagues. Together, you’ll deliver an unparalleled customer experience.
- Trendspotter: You’re on top of the latest trends in HR tech and know how to translate them into concrete opportunities for Minggo. You’ll help us stay ahead of the curve!
This is you
- You have at least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in software, SaaS, or HR technology.
- Networking is in your blood! You easily connect with people and are comfortable engaging with decision-makers at all levels.
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
- You see opportunities everywhere, think in solutions, and tackle things independently. Taking initiative is second nature to you.
- You live in Belgium and are flexible enough for hybrid working (a good mix of working from Ghent, working from home, and visiting clients).
