What will you do?
- As Implementation and Delivery Manager, you are the main point of contact for our German customers.
- Your focus is on implementing and delivering HR recruitment & data software solutions.
- You coordinate the projects assigned to you and ensure they are delivered on time. You monitor project parameters such as timing, budget, agreements and planning. You can count on the support the Belgian team: project manager, implementation consultant, developer, customer success.
- By working closely together and interacting with the various stakeholders and customers, you maintain an overview and ensure that everything goes according to plan.
- You help with the implementation of the software and resolve incidents and problems.
- You are the first point of contact and also have final responsibility for the projects assigned to you.
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a technology implementation manager/consultant
- Fluency in German (native) and English (speaking and writing)
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong analytical and consultancy skills
- A can-do approach with the ability to thrive under pressure
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interest in the technology sector and the drive to develop yourself further.
- You are flexible and willing to travel to customers within Germany
